Lose your mind, find your heart is a 4-week teleclass beginning Tuesday January 8th at 9am MST. This class is led by Leila (CK) Reyes and Peter Schroeder, both are Integrative Coaches and both are committed to living their best lives and supporting you in doing the same.
This teleclass provides an experential process of determining where your decisions origninate. Many of us make choices solely from a logical perspective, and while it is necessary to use our mind, an important element may be missing when we don’t take the time to check in with our heart and ask what choice would inspire us and lead us to a life of passion.
