I love these ideas – how you dealt with the breakup, and your grandmother’s passing. When my father-in-law died earlier this fall, my husband had a very similar attitude. He was proud of his father’s life and death, and regretted nothing, so he could let him go. It’s a model for me. I agree with you too about the break-up – I really think that if something doesn’t work out, it’s because there’s something better for us out there! It’s played out this way over and over in my life. Thanks for sharing your wisdom.
