I just finished listening to this interview. It’s the first interview I’ve listened to and love Michelle’s style. I also took about 2 pages of notes in notepad while listening and was pretty much on the edge of my seat. Here are a couple of note entries for anyone who hasn’t listened to this yet:

Ours is an organic journey
Some things resonate and some don’t
We will resonate with some things,
if it doesn’t resonate, you’re not going to do it

Emotion or thought?

Action, emotions…
in essence, it’s what’s inside us at the moment.
Emotions are what shows up for us.
Comes from our thoughts.
Emotions are what people recognize.
Our thoughts drive our emotions
And we are not always aware of the thoughts
We are aware of the emotions
We are aware of the anger, the fear, the helplessness.

It comes down to our experiences (gets stored as pictures… thoughts)
But we don’t see it
These are memories (I had a therapist who used to point this out to me!)

Good stuff.

Cheryl!
What a great idea! I’ve been thinking of having them transcribed, but I love this quick note reference.
